Thank you for your interest in Ruffle Fabric! We try our best to offer quick shipping- we
often ship within 24 hours of payment, but please allow up to 3 business days
for order processing. Orders placed on weekends
and holidays will begin processing the following business day. We
welcome APO addresses.
You will receive an email when your package has
been shipped and the expected arrival date. We cannot be responsible for
transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen
packages once we have tendered to the carrier.
Returns: We want you to be happy with your Ruffle Fabric! We will allow exchanges of fabric, less shipping costs within 15 days of purchase. The fabric must be unopened in the original packaging and in new condition, unwashed and uncut. Please contact us via email- rufflefabric@gmail.
We offer swatches to our customers for the purpose of previewing our fabrics and color
matching. The swatches are complimentary but we charge $2 to cover shipping costs. Please email swatch selection, address and payment preference to rufflefabric@gmail.
